Leslie Stein graduated from West Point and had a career in the Army but never felt like an athlete. It wasn’t until later in life when she wanted to work on a  healthy lifestyle and improve her fitness that she started to redefine what “athlete” meant for her. Since then she’s completed a 70.3 (Half Ironman), an ultra marathon (50K) and most recently the Las Vegas Half Marathon with her now finance, almost all with the reasoning, “let’s see if I can do this.”

In our conversation, Leslie shares her experiences and wisdom of her own inner athlete which knows that paying attention to the little things add up to amazing results — and some great stories.
